The exhibition features, among other highlights, the double clown portrait by sculptor Ö. Fülöp Beck of the legendary circus director couple, the Beketows – pieces that are now treasured members of our museum collection thanks to Károly Karácsony.

We are also inaugurating new display cases showcasing our latest acquisitions, including the gala costumes of Éva Páviács and Endre Takács (Evelyn & André), courtesy of Endre Takács and his daughter Evelyn; the costume of Ferenc Czesiler 'Tihany' and a limited edition tequila bottle issued for his 90th birthday, courtesy of László Varjasi; as well as selected costumes from the Halassy springboard troupe, and the unique 'hanging perch' (Evelyn & André) suspended in the air – courtesy of Gábor Stift.

We will be continuously screening the short films from the Circus Museum Flash documentary series:
